I was able to contribute to this fortune 500 company from about two weeks into my training programme. I learnt how to make modifications to mould sets as a Mould Design team employee. It was important for me to learn how to do mould calculations in order to do simple changes. I was also lucky to have been spared a few weeks in the NPD Container Design Team for training before I was sadly made redundant.
